1. 7-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Soul Stone crystal, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In the original packaging, including the intention card and gift pouch
- Not customized or personalized items
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized crystal pieces
- Final sale items (marked as non-returnable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund
- Processing time: within 48 hours of approval
- Refund arrival: 7-15 business days to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is defective)
5. Return Shipping
To initiate a return:

- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (no cost to you)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Attach the return label and ship it back to us
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one at no cost to you. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days:

- Contact your credit card company (it may take 1-2 billing cycles)
